Where Will the Money Come
From?
Building Fund Giving Ideas from A to Z
When most churches consider doing a building project or renovations the average church member wonders, "Where will the money come from?" Throughout the Scriptures, building projects and renovations were accomplished through people giving "from what they had." Use this A to Z list to help you identify what God has given you. Prayerfully ask the Lord which of your temporary earthly treasures could possibly be transformed into Kingdom dollars to advance His work through expanded or improved church facilities.
"If the
willingness is there, the gift is acceptable
according to what one has." II
Corinthians 8:12
"We
brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out
of it. Be rich in good deeds, and be generous and willing to share.
In this way you will lay up treasure (in heaven)."
II Timothy 6:7,18,19
"All the
men and women who were willing brought to the Lord freewill offerings
for all the work."
